Shipping & Returns
Quality is a priority for us and we go all out to bring you top quality products that are individually checked before approved for sale. If on the rare occasion there is a manufacturing fault with your item or you have simply changed your mind then there are a couple of options that we can work together on to resolve.
Zania Sports Clothing Returns Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or credit note only.
Exchanges and Refunds
Providing your item is unworn and as new, has all the tags attached and is in the original packaging you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, after this time limit only exchanges or credit notes will be offered.
If you would like to return an item then please email with details of your order number, the item/s you wish to return indicating whether you want an exchange or a refund and the reason for return.
Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs.
We will only accept exchanges on a like-for-like basis, such as a different size or design of the same product, from the same season. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We aim to send out replacements within 7 days of the return arriving with us.
Refunds (if applicable)
When your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your and it will be processed for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
